You begin your management career with MBI as a Product Manager.  Immediately, you are given the responsibility for developing and implementing the marketing plans for your very own products.  You will be actively involved in all areas of our business, including:

The role is not a rotational one, but rather a cross-functional one.  The breadth of responsibility Product Managers experience is unrivaled by entry-level positions in larger companies.  We challenge our managers to be involved in every aspect of our business and to innovate in ways, both large and small, that improve the business.  This approach has sustained our business for nearly five decades.

Summer Internships

MBI's 10- to 12-week summer internship program offers rising seniors the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of our business.  As a Summer Associate, you will be an integral part of a Product Group and will interact with all levels of management including the President and CEO.  You will get hands-on experience in helping directly manage a significant segment of our business.  You will learn by having the opportunity to do.  You will be responsible for a number of products at various stages of development.  Your responsibilities will cross all functions – including marketing, advertising, product sourcing, product development, operations and customer service.
